- Balance of TCP payable in six (6) equal monthly installments covered by post-dated checks.
- A 4% discount on TCP will be given to buyer.
CASH A-2 PAYMENT:
- Balance of TCP payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installments covered by post-dated checks.
- A 2.5% discount on TCP will be given to buyer.
CASH B PAYMENT:
- Lump sum down payment of 50% of TCP within 30 days from date of reservation.
- A 5% discount on down payment will be given to buyer.
- The balance of 50% will be paid lump sum upon completion of building without interest.
CASH C PAYMENT:
- The balance of the TCP will be paid in twenty four (24) equal monthly installments.
- No interest/No Down payment.
- Monthly installments are covered by postdated checks.
BANK FINANCING:
- Maximum loan is Php 1,000,000.00
- The remaining balance shall be the Equity.
